I join People Teams on an interim basis to provide hands-on support during times of growth and change. I can take on a variety of roles that help your team move high-impact initiatives forward with clarity, alignment, and momentum.

  • I bring deep experience in planning, designing, and delivering complex People programs that require coordination across teams and functions. I thrive on bringing people together to move work forward—clearly, collaboratively, and with purpose.

    My goal is to build programs that are user-centered, aligned with business goals, and designed to scale, so they remain effective as the organization evolves.

  • I help teams work better together by building rhythms that support alignment, focus, and follow-through. From planning cycles and goal-setting to team meetings and collaboration norms, I create systems that keep everyone moving in the same direction. My goal is to make collaboration easier and more effective, especially as teams grow and things get more complex.

  • I help organizations navigate change with empathy, clarity, and intention. Whether it’s a new program, policy, or shift in culture, I design communication strategies that keep people informed and engaged—bringing employees along through co-creation and consistent touchpoints. My goal is to make change feel seamless and interconnected.
